As professional chefs, the founders and artisans of London-based Eonce are realising their dream. Both born and raised in the south of Spain, Julia (a pastry chef) and Jose (a chef) met at culinary school in Seville in 2004. Their passion for food has always been a priority and after a few years working in different bakeries and Michelin star restaurants across Spain, they made the move to London. It was during Julia’s time working for chocolatiers The Mast Brothers that she decided one day she would open her own chocolate factory. A few years later, Eonce chocolate was created and the brands ethos of making simple and delicious chocolate, ethically sourced and without additives, continues to drive the brand forward.
