This dark chocolate bar flavoured with sea salt is made with Cocoa beans sourced from area of Venezuela. Venezuela is home of legendary cocoa and unique varieties that only grow there. The Eonce team have selected from a small number of Venezuelan farmers due to their cocoa bean’s delicate flavours; such as nuts, raisins, caramel, with very little bitterness, acidity and astringency.
