Next Day Delivery £9.99, guaranteed by 1pm.*

*Orders need to be placed by 2pm on a Friday to benefit from Express and guaranteed Next Day delivery.

**It is the customer’s responsibility to choose a Tracked service for a heightened level of visibility on the order’s progress once it has been despatched.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the UK only. For international customers please get in touch at info@cecilycane.com and we will see what we can arrange for you!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In most cases, we will offer to replace or refund damaged items.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your Cecily Cane curation, however we know some things don’t work out. Please email us at info@cecilycane.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• The products you would like to return
• The reason for return

 

SPECIAL NOTICES

When the temperature across the UK exceed 25 degrees, we may delay shipments and turn off the option for next day delivery. We will revert to sending in temperature regulated larger plain mailer boxes to avoid damaged products.

We will respond with the return address and in most cases provide a free postage label. All we ask is that you package it as neatly as it arrived to you, in its original mailer box.
